Hear From Our Staff
Collaborative Solutions is one of the first companies I’ve worked for that has actually shown the level of care and consideration for its employees that I think most places should strive for. The thoughtfulness they put into their decision making and the strides they make to communicate intention with staff is invaluable. I really feel cared for and involved, and I appreciate the work they do to give staff opportunities to speak up and have their voices heard.

When we make you a firm job offer, we’ll let you know the firm annual salary and your expected pay for each pay period of two weeks.
Each position has unique qualifications that will be included in job postings. We do require a GED/Diploma for direct care positions and all diplomas/degrees/certifications/licenses must be documented by sending HR a copy of transcripts or applicable documentation.
Absolutely! We take pride in training our staff who are entering into human services at the beginning of their careers. We love to support new grads entering the workforce, second careers for retirees or people changing paths, as well as people who want to see what mental health is all about. If a position requires a number of years of experience on the job posting, then we do need you to meet that qualification.
For our licensing regulations, we conduct background checks to ensure our staff is eligible for working with vulnerable adults. These checks include Criminal History, DMV Driving Record, Adult Protective Services, Child Protective Services, and Medicare Fraud.
Please do! Not all positions require a staff member to drive as part of their job duties.
